An okay stay with some issues

weak wi-fi unhelpful reception staff
The breakfast provided a decent start to the day.
Our room felt quite cramped, disappointing after a long day. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and kept disconnecting. This made planning our activities difficult. THE reception staff were not particularly helpful when we raised these issues.

fresh milk great quality noise issue hot room
The room provided fresh milk in the fridge, which I thought was a nice touch. The bathroom was also very good. I also enjoyed that breakfast was of great quality. It was perfectly cooked.
The rooms were too hot even with the heaters off. I could hear talking, coughing and all noise from the neighboring room. I had to open the window and I could hear talk from 8 am under the window as people walked past.

Wonderful Stay, Dog-Friendly Amenities

spacious room convenient access really good breakfast nice meal
I appreciated the excellent spacious room. It featured its own door. It was so convenient for taking my dog out (the Bluebird room!). The breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. I also enjoyed a nice meal in the bar in the evening.
The room was warm because it was above the kitchen. I could hear the fridges and freezers running. This gave off heat.

great choice breakfast coffee machine room amenity friendly staff staff personnel lack view no room cleaning cleaning service beer variety beer
the room i stayed in it was a family room. the breakfast had a great choice and was well made. the staff was happy to modify my order for breakfast to my liking. i find a coffee machine with everything needed is really nice to have in the room.
our room faced the back, so there wasn't a view, it feels a little disappoint. the room didn't get cleaned one day . i also think there not enough variety of beers on tap because the chiller was broken.

adequate experience, some drawbacks

king room room size good atmosphere broken chiller beer selection poor service
the king room was a great size. it was really clean and inviting i thought. the pub had a good atmosphere, i liked that. the staff went out of their way, they really looked after us.
we turned up to find the beers were all off. it was because of a broken chiller i think. i went to the bar to order food, but they were full. they weren't taking any orders at all i believe.
